Over the years the medical records continued to grow--

Blood Pressure is rising--"Is lack of sleep causing stress in your life?  Maybe we should put you on Lisinopril?"  Cholesterol is a little high-"time to take Statins".  "Triglycerides are looking ugly, maybe fenofibrate can help." "You are prediabetic-Watch your sugar intake, try getting on a protein diet."
"Yep, you have type II Diabetes, let's put you on Metformin." "Have you been exercising? Your weight hasn't come down."
"Do you have Heart Disease or Diabetes in your family?"
Jon got tired of going to the Doctor.  He didn't want to add to his medicine list.  He wanted cures. He wanted answers.
Over the last few years he investigated all of these diseases and more.

He realized all of these were symptoms of The Disease of Aging.

He started adding anti-aging protocols and biohacking his health.  He decided if you can measure it you can fix it.  He lowered his biological age by 3.7 years in 9 months.  He completely reversed his type II diabetes.  He got off Statins and has normal Cholesterol.  Triglycerides are normal-no more fenofibrate.  He has lost 25 pounds and is watching his blood pressure sink for the first time in years.
His average sleep has gone up by over an hour a night.
He no longer needs a glucose monitor but uses one occasionally for insight into his diet.
Jon is looking to lower his biological age another 15 years.  He looks forward to many more happy and healthy years spent with his children and grandchildren.
